I went for a quick visit to Cambridge this week and Im [planning to share some of the snaps I could take in the short time I was there, as well as an outfit with King’s College at the background… Just like this picture! I seriously love this city, sharing a bit of it is a must. Happy Saturday!

This week was all about shoes, handbags, hats and more. Starting with the birthday of one of my fashion partners Gabriela (happy birthday!!), followed by a visit to Fury shoes showroom, ending with a great weekend. Also we welcomed the month of love, friendship and ‘Hallmark’ cards! Hope you had an amazing week and enjoy your lazy Sunday!

Valentine’s month has officially started. I always call it more the Hallmark month. However, I thought it was perfect timing to join the mood with this couple, which I am sure was part of your childhood somehow. Remember having the album and collecting/exchanging stickers with your friends? Even wearing t shirts of them as a grown up. I wouldn’t share this here normally if it wasn’t for the fact that mostly all of us dreamed with this, normally naked, couple. Love is…was from my mom’s times, then came back during my innocent days, and I still find them the cutest and happiest couple, more than any Cinderella story. For all of us it’s a classic -and not from Disney! My favourite one has always been the cartoon of them kissing in the red car with small hearts floating in the air (centre bottom). Back flash? Oh yes! Yes mom, I did kiss in a car, so did you! Fun memories, right? Let’s get the loving month started. Hello February, hello Valentine’s!

Mint Velvet: Relaxed glamour in leather

I don’t know if you have heard about the brand Mint Velvet, which is all about ‘relaxed glamour’, taking the current trends and relaxing them. When I go around shopping their stockists at department stores I always spot the brand and have got few pieces from them in my wardrobe, even my favourite black leather jacket, which quite represents the brand with the relaxed sleeve hanguing in the front of the jacket.
Now I spotted a similiar one to mine in the current collection but in a beige colour.

I think I’ve been so into beanies this season. But still love them all.

Heavy snow is not all bad news of travel disruptions, dangerous roads or flights cancelled. It can also be something different in your hometown. Coming within lots of fun and certainly a short flight back to childhood, building snowmen, sliding down hills and fighting with snowballs. So let’s embrace it while it lasts, on my end (London) the white blanket comes for a short time! Keep warm and wear the puffy clothes that you wouldn’t wear everyday, just like this duvet jacket of mine from Eddie Bauer. You got the perfect excuse. Oh and the Hunter Boots are perfect if you don’t want to ruin any other boots and the red socks keep my feet warm! … Happy Monday everyone!
