Quite unusual an outfit made of menswear on me. Come on, I know sometimes you walk pass by the men’s collection and feel a bit tempted, specially with the bad boy trend that’s been around. Well this outfit goes ‘all in’ for the boyfriend look and for that rare love I’ve developed for the prune/wine colour (lot’s of again, unusual, matchy match). Not only that, I took the opportunity to shoot at one of the random local churches that are around London, this one close to Tower Hill -lovely, clean, white architecture at the background of a combination of a wool baseball cap and a baggy silk Burberry Men blouse, does it sound sappealing? It can actually work out!
I was wearing–> Silk blouse: Burberry (Menswear); Boyfriend jeans: Zara; Baseball cap: H&M Men; Shoes: Ash; Handbag: Miu Miu; Watch: Casio
While being in the American West on my Christmas holidays I went to the rooftop of a shopping mall in Denver… Loved the beautiful view and the mountains hiding at the back of the city -perfect for this shoot! This can possibly be the most colourful matchy match you have ever seen on me. A perfect orange combination of accessories for a sunny day during winter, this look is an example of how much accessories can do, don’t you agree?
I’m now back in London and starting the first working week of 2013, like lots of you! So to newcomers and hard workers during holidays: have an amazing week!
I was wearing–> Scarf and gloves: Burberry; Handbag: Nine West; Boots: Topshop; Coat: H&M; Jeans: Zara; Sunglasses: Dior
Yes we are all confused with this weather, ha! But good face to bad forecast, so just a touch of colour and umbrellas out. Yesterday I went for a walk at Bicester Village, an outlet shopping centre with top designer labels and my top list brands, very close to Oxford and one hour away from London, so I loved it and the rain really didn’t stop me from making out the most from the last day of the 4-day long Jubilee weekend. Now, this week we are all back to boots and ready-for-rain outfits! Meanwhile, I’ll take advantage of it to put some different looks together before getting back to the summer mood.
They say that if you wear wellies in a busy city, then you are a Londoner…. They are made for the countryside, but YES, this city gets constant rain falls. I am not a wellies fan, but from all of them the classic Hunter boots are the ones I just go for. More than a style, it is about taking care of my shoes, some of which I have ruined in the puddles already. The Hunters give you the freedom to walk everywhere and step on the wet floor without worrying in getting any wet., in a way, I feel powerful when I have them on. However, they can definitely look cool, it’s all about how you wear them and the colour you choose.
So, remember I mentioned how difficult it has been to dress for this weather? Well, yesterday I was prepared for those showers… in a classy style. What do you think? Are you a Hunter girl/boy? Have a lovely weekend!!!
After revealing that I got braces, here are the first pictures with them on. It was a sunny day in London yesterday, although still really cold. I felt like adding a bit of colour to my day with that green shirt and that really old ring that I found recently in a box. Green apple, undoubtedly, my favourite colour… Tomorrow London Fashion Week kicks off and I just can’t wait! Hope you are all having a great week so far… See you at the catwalks!
Hey sexy to the 50′s look! Last weekend I went to a wedding in Windsor, where I met this stylish Spanish lady, Patricia. She decided to go for a complete vintage look and a unique hairstyle that, according to her, it took ages for the stylist to understand what she really wanted. From a blue velvet Burberry vintage dress to handmade gloves from her hometown, Bilbao, she did achieve her striking glamorous look which suited the occasion and the winter season.
We have got new Burberry faces. So let’s welcome the 29-year-old star from My week with Marilyn, Eddie Redmayne, who you will see wearing the classic Burberry tartan in the new campaign alongside 19-year old model Cara Delevingne.
In the last few years this British brand, in hands of fashion designer Christopher Bailey, has boosted the career of top models and actresses such as Emma Watson, Rosie Huntington-Watley and Agyness Deyn. And whether this freckles man fits the bill or not, doesn’t really matter, the point is that the ex-Etonian is hitting the big screen at the moment, so it is his time…

In fashion time pass by quickly and whatever happened, happened. Previous collections remain in the past. Some may leave legacy, but they’re gone.
Well, let me tell you that since Burberry’s AW10 collection, the brand had a nice turn. First, like Ralph Lauren, Burberry also took the technology challenge and added 3D effect to its campaign. And not only that, they have got the sexy Victoria Secret’s English angel and Transformers 3 ‘never crashed’ star, Rosie Huntington, in it. So since then, they said ‘bye bye’ to the innocent look of Emma Watson and ‘hey baby, hey baby, hey!’ to this gorgeous fat lips blondie. ~The first campaign resulted in an amazing work of the talented Christopher Bailey in collaboration with the awesomeness of my favourite Peruvian, Mario Testino.
Watch here Christopher Bailey talking about the innovation of the campaign:
Rosie Huntington Whiteley is now the main face for Burberry. Watch here the ad for Burberry’s new fragance BODY.
