This is exactly my kind of mood on a lazy Sunday.
Tennis shoes, a baggy/toasty jumper, a beanie (not only for the low degrees, but also to hide the messy hair) and sunglasses to avoid any sort of eye make-up. Nice brunch, some occasional food/flower shopping in the local area, perhaps having a snap with the penguin buddy from the local ice-cream shop and why not, a bit of work.
What’s your kind of Sunday fashion mood?

If I happen to think of the London’s designers of the moment Louise Gray, Richard Nicoll, Sophia Webster, Peter Pilotto and Thomas Tait, a high price tag – together with absolutely gorgeous pieces – will come to my head.
However, in celebration of Westfield London’s fifth anniversary, these five designers have created a limited edition piece at the affordable price of £65 each.
Since designer jumpers are the latest must-have of the season, each designer made an exclusive sweatshirt, which of course, isn’t made of the same materials they use for their collections, but, leaving the high end quality on the side, the valuable aspect of it, is that the designs come from their masterful minds. Only 300 pieces were made and sold in an exclusive pop-up shop at The Atrium of Westfield London. All the proceeds from each sale went to their charity partner, Save the Children, guaranteeing raising a minimum of £10,000.
Richard Nicoll offered a grey sweatshirt with a pink ’5′ on the chest; my crush duo, Peter Pilotto, designed a black slim fit jumper; the awesome shoe designer Sophie Webster put the spirit of her shoe designs by mixing monochrome stripes with pastels; Thomas Tait added the masculine oversized and asymmetric monocolour piece; and the textile and fashion designer, Louise Gray, introduced her bright, textured and rule-breaking design, something characteristic from her collections.
I, of course, couldn’t resist and got for myself the colouful Gray’s sweatshirt. Not only I absolutely love the awesome design and the clash of prints in it, but the fact that it’s a limited edition, it’s affordable and best of all, every penny of it helped a good cause.

Chequered is a classic during winter and this winter it is rocking every store and designer collection. Tartan garments are simply a must have. I’ve got the red chequered trousers and for a while I’ve been looking for a nice chequered coat for the season, and this met all the requirements. Cool, yet keeps me toasty and has the perfect combination of colours that could look good with all sorts of colours for the lawyers underneath. The best plus: an affordable price tag.
It can certainly become my favourite coat for this winter, so I fear wearing it too much without realising, like I always do with my best buys. But I’m pretty much ready to rock it. The next chequered garment I’m going for will be the scarf – already have my eyes on it. And you? What’s your tartan kind of style?
I was wearing–> Jumper and coat: Pull & Bear; Jeans: Diesel ; Boots: Russell & Bromley; Handbag: Miu Miu; Spiral ring: Sam Ubhi; small rings: H&M; Necklace: Fashionlogy
Can you guess what does the FG on my jumper stands for? Teasing everyone who asked, the best bet I got said was ‘feeling good’ and what a perfect suggestion! But I can’t betray its real meaning.
But before introducing this new oversized jumper or guessing what the FG stands for, let’s look back at the Fyodor Golan Spring/Summer 14 show during London Fashion Week –> Fyodor Golan’s Electric Children playful and sharp SS14 collectionGood. Now you’ve spotted it right? From the catwalk to my wardrobe I was so so happy to have with me one of my favourite pieces from the pair latest collection.
For the first time I had a busy agenda that involved lots of walking so I styled it with a casual and comfy outfit. Boyfriend jeans and my beloved leopard brogues. I just can’t really wait to wear it so much more with completely different looks!
I was wearing–> Jumper: Fyodor Golan (SS14), Jeans: Zara; Shoes: Office London; Handbag: Miu Miu; Earrings: Vintage (Barcelona market); Sunnies: Rayban
You might be aware of who’s the new face of Chanel No.5… Yes, the one and only Marilyn Monroe. The fashion and beauty house recently discovered a recording from 1960 of an interview that the then editor of Marie Claire magazine did to Marilyn, in which she talks about the classic fragrance and reveals it was the only thing she wore to sleep.
As the screen princess will appear in the new print and TV campaigns, I ‘ve put a gallery together for The Independent of moden Marilyns -those celebrities from the 21st century that have tried to followe her iconic style of blond curls and red lipstick. But, reality is there’s only one Marilyn. Check out the full story and gallery HERE!
Michelle Williams, Christina Aguilera, Scarlett Johansson and Lady Gaga are between those that admire and imitate Marilyn’s famous style. See more HERE

I was wearing–> Jumper: Wildfox; Jeans: Zara; Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell; Handbag: Louis Vuitton; Ring: The Branch
Hey hey! Sorry for unusual days of silence, I’ve been busy sorting out so many things, you know one of those weeks… But I managed to relax a bit yesterday and come back with much more.
Let’s kick off the Monday with this event I went to last week at the wonderful DKNY store in London’s Bond Street. I looove it with its New York vibe… and the current Autumn/Winter 13 collection they have in store is just all to die for, specially the gorgeous sexy leopard print in all sorts of garments. ( I even pull out leopard outfit, up on the next post)
Now, why did I get to go to DKNY for drinks and networking on a fab night? Well, thanks to Maiden-Voyage, the perfect online network or business women around the world. In a night of business women and fashionable travellers I was introduced to DKNY’s best-seller cardigan called The Cozy, a versatile garment which has so many ways of wearing it and wrapping your body to be ready for different weathers. You’ll be able to see some examples below and get a flavour of the fabulour night with members and founder of Maiden Voyage, Carolyn Pearson. Conclusion: I’m loving DKNY’s new spirit and all its collection.
